Remembrance Day is a day to remember the British and Commonwealth military and civilian servicemen and women who have died in the line of duty since the end of World War I. Remembrance Sunday is held on the second Sunday in November, which is the Sunday that is nearest to Remembrance Day. This year, Remembrance Sunday falls on 9 Nov 2014.
If you are in Singapore and you would like to observe a Remembrance Sunday service, the Kranji War Cemetery is one of the venues you could consider.
