4 Aug 05: More of the day

More photos:

Taken at the Scotch Whisky Heritage Centre. The staff there served my friends and I blended whisky while we were waiting for the whisky heritage tour to start.

I like the composition of this photo. In the midst of the gloom, there is light.

4 Aug 05: More of Edinburgh Castle

There is a lot to see at Edinburgh Castle, here are just some of the snapshots:

I like the sight of the greens.

Looking down from the Castle.

Experience the rainy weather of Scotland. I love the melancholy feeling associated with seeing people walk down this pathway. Maybe I could call it the pathway of dark moods?

Bagpiper. A wax model.

I like the looks of this.

The sun seems to be out. Even if only for a short while.

4 Aug 05: At Edinburgh

I shall let the photographs do the talking. These were taken when we were walking from the Edinburgh railway station to the Edinburgh Castle:

The Scott Monument, Princes St. Gardens, in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Look hard for glimpse of the railway station.

Perhaps a photo which includes a few human beings would help bring some life to this post?

Outside Edinburgh Castle. Patiently waiting to buy the tickets.

4 Aug 05: Train journey to Edinburgh

On 4 Aug 05, I took a train to Edinburgh from Aberdeen with QH, XM and LL. SY, a senior was also taking the same train. This post shows some of the photographs taken on the train journey.

I have not much explanatory notes for these images, but I hope a picture could say a thousand words.

Ah! The sea and the beams of sunrays.

I like the way the clouds and the sky look on this photo.
